Weekly Breakdown

Building Your Brand Foundation

During the initial six weeks, we immerse you in foundational brand elements: building target personas, identifying key differentiators, and establishing your brand language. This phase is critical in crafting a compelling and relatable brand identity that not only communicates your mission effectively but also resonates deeply with your supporters.

How will this help you?

Gain clarity! Understanding the strength of your brand will sharpen your marketing focus on showcasing how your brand can enhance someone’s life. This clarity will improve your skills as a solo marketer or enable you to delegate tasks to others more effectively, leading to the successful execution of your marketing strategy.

CREATING REPEATABLE PROCESSES

In Week 7-9, we wrap up the brand standards phase and shift our focus to creating time saving processes built around your unique business goals. We call this your marketing system. Adopting this approach eliminates sideways energy that robs you of intrinsic motivation and energy.

How will this help you?

By using these processes, you streamline marketing for better efficiency and effectiveness. This saves time, focusing on impactful strategies. Nonprofits can’t afford to waste time or resources.

Crafting a 3-Month Strategic Plan

The final three weeks are dedicated to thinking comprehensive, tailor-made three month marketing strategy. During this period, you’ll refine your approach, incorporating all the skills and insights gained throughout the boot camp. This phase culminates in personalized presentations, providing you with a strategic roadmap that aligns with your mission and sets you up for sustained success.

How will this help you?

Developing a practice of 90-day thinking will keep you and/or your team from being overwhelmed and frustrated. Putting a 3-month strategic plan in place will give you the tools to gain confidence and traction in your marketing efforts.

Graduation and Celebration

You’ve made it! This is not just an end but a new beginning, paving the way for the continued growth and impact of your nonprofit in the community. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion, a testament to your commitment to professional development and enhancing your nonprofit’s marketing strategies.

We fell in love with the small business.

Why Choose Atlas Rose?

Two reasons. First, we understand your unique challenges. Our leadership brings more than 24 years of expertise in the nonprofit realm and an additional 25 years in the small business domain. Bottom line, both sectors are operating businesses. And both sectors need good foundational marketing to grow their purposes.

Secondly, this boot camp will offer the same effective methods as our one-on-one business clients get – but at a fraction of the cost. Additionally, with our partnership with the McKenna Foundation, you can take advantage of their generous 50% contribution to the tuition, making it a financially wise decision for you and your organization.

We needed a plan. I was so enamored with the power of the C12 Group’s message that I was blinded to the importance of a targeted, strategic branding mindset. Atlas Rose has empowered me with both the professional guidance and the practical tools.

Our experience with Atlas Rose was a game-changer for our nonprofit organization. Their expert guidance helped us understand our identity and feel confident about sharing our mission. Thanks to their help, we now have a structured marketing approach that clearly conveys our purpose and impact. I wholeheartedly suggest this Boot Camp for anyone seeking marketing support. I regret not investing in it sooner. To all leaders aiming to enhance their organizations, I highly recommend Atlas Rose for bringing clarity, confidence, and energy to your nonprofit's growth journey.
